A little bit about me

I’m Ashleigh, the owner of LCB Administrative Solutions, a Kiwi who calls the Redlands home after setting up life here nearly 15 years ago with my now husband and our two boys.  We spend spare time on the water, or dirt bike riding and camping with our boys, yet there’s still so much more to see.  Over the next few years we want to continue to enjoy exploring the coastline with the kids.

With nearly 20 years working within an office environment, I’ve gained an extensive skillset and knowledge in what I do.  Tie that in with an ability to balance the repetitive nature of some administrative tasks, and unpredictable nature of Manufacturing, Trades & Services industries, and you have a highly adaptable VA with a passion for what she does.   

LCB Administrative Solutions was established to bring flexibility and work/life balance while raising a young family after our second little boy was born when COVID first arrived.  Life ticked along smoothly, it was hard at times – how does one work with chip packets constantly being rustled under your nose – although nothing prepared me for when the little one became mobile.

Let's pretend I'm at the beach

This meant a shake up with how I was managing my business, and I have had many more times where I have needed to evaluate how I manage the balance of work and life myself.

Work/life balance is something I feel strongly about, being able to give others the opportunity to step back in their business to spend time with their own families, and not worry about the back end of their business, means I have done what I set out to do.  Don't settle for inefficient and stressful, making change can be hard (although necessary), but you won’t regret it.
